Questions

Good to know.

Is it PC software or cloud software?

Both. ScaleHaul is hybrid PC and cloud software. Scale House runs on the PC at your scale, and your data syncs to the cloud so Back Office and Dispatch can see it from anywhere.

What do I need to run it?

A Windows PC at the scale. Most scale indicators plug in by serial or USB. Add a receipt printer if you print tickets.

Who can use Back Office?

Back Office is the owner side, for admins only. Owners and office managers see money, reports, invoices, prices and the team. Scale operators only see Scale House.

Is it only for scrap yards?

No. Sell or buy by the pound, ton, metric ton, kilogram, cubic yard or each. It works for aggregates, soil and mulch, waste and transfer, recycling or any bulk material.

Can I check the yard from home?

Yes. Log in from anywhere on a phone or computer to see money, tickets, invoices and trucks.

Does it work with QuickBooks or NetSuite?

Yes. We set up the connection with you during onboarding.

How much does it cost?

$199 a month for one yard. $150 a month per yard when you have two or more. Everything is included.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The demo above runs in your browser with sample data. Nothing to install.
